"Kenya-Tanzania safari: Wonders of East Africa."
This tour takes you through the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya to the Northern Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, without backtracking. We will cross the border via the Isebania Border and continue to Serengeti National Park on the Tanzanian side. The tour will then proceed to the Ngorongoro Crater and conclude with a visit to Lake Manyara National Park. The journey will end in Arusha between 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please provide your flight details so that we can accurately calculate the ending time in Arusha.
Day 1: Arrive Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
Welcome to Kenya! Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be greeted by our team and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. Here, you will meet our company representative and your guide, who will provide a briefing and verify all essential travel documents.
Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Your tour can begin immediately upon arrival if you choose not to spend a night in Nairobi. After being met by our representative and a brief safari briefing, we will depart southwest for the Masai Mara Game Reserve. We’ll arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure. Later, we’ll embark on an evening game drive across the picturesque plains of the Mara to spot various wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at a luxury lodge or tented camp.
Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Rise before dawn to witness a breathtaking Masai Mara sunrise. After a quick coffee, head into the park to observe the sunrise over the savannah and watch the big cats in action. Alternatively, you can choose a hot air balloon safari for a unique perspective. After returning to your lodge for a late breakfast, spend the day exploring the Maasai Mara, searching for wildlife. You can also opt to relax at the lodge in the morning and enjoy an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at a luxury lodge or tented camp.
Day 4: Tanzania – Lake Victoria
Today we have a scenic and long drive from Masai Mara to Lake Victoria. It is Africa’s continent’s largest lake, the largest tropical lake in the World, and the second-largest freshwater lake in the World. At the Isebania border, we say goodbye to our Kenya guide and after immigration and customs clearance, we meet our Tanzania safari guide. We proceed to Lake Victoria.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Experience an unforgettable sunrise game drive before breakfast. Spend the day exploring the Serengeti, searching for the Big Five and, if lucky, witnessing the Wildebeest Migration. Witness iconic wildlife against Tanzania’s vast plains and sky. Dinner and overnight stay at a luxury lodge or tented camp
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch box. Relax and enjoy the vast beauty that Africa has to offer. The Serengeti is one of the few places in Africa where game sanctuaries have remained completely unspoiled.
Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy a morning en-route game drive to the park gate followed by a picnic lunch before heading to Ngorongoro Crater. After the game drives in Ngorongoro Crater, head to the Karatu for dinner and overnight stay at a luxury lodge in Karatu town.
Day 8: Lake Manyara – Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport
Embark on early morning game drives in Lake Manyara National Park, observing various wildlife species, then return to Moshi/Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport to conclude the itinerary.
